Grocery Platform Network
GroceryAI connects you to Kroger, Walmart, and Instacart. Where you live determines which options you see — here's how our platform architecture works.
How It Works
GroceryAI is your single AI assistant. You chat naturally — "add milk to my list" or "search for bread at Walmart" — and the app routes your request to the right platform. Each platform has different capabilities and coverage:
Kroger
Full cart integration with real prices. Requires store selection and Kroger account connection.
- • Real product prices
- • Add to Kroger cart
- • Curbside pickup & delivery
- • 2,700+ stores
Not available in New England, NY, NJ, PA, and some other states.
Walmart
Search links to Walmart.com. Click each item to add to your cart on Walmart.
- • Product search links
- • Add manually on Walmart.com
- • Nationwide availability
Available in all 50 states.
Instacart
Checkout from lists via Instacart's partner retailers. Delivery and pickup.
- • List-to-cart checkout
- • Same-day delivery
- • Partner stores vary by region
Nationwide; partner stores depend on your location.
Coverage by State
Kroger operates in ~35 states under its own name and regional brands (Ralphs, Fred Meyer, Harris Teeter, etc.). Kroger does not have stores in New England (MA, CT, RI, VT, NH, ME), New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or a few other states. Walmart and Instacart are nationwide.

Kroger Family of Brands
When Kroger is available in your state, you may see stores under different names: Kroger, Ralphs (California), Fred Meyer (Pacific Northwest), Harris Teeter (Southeast), King Soopers (Colorado), Fry's (Arizona), Smith's (Mountain West), QFC, Dillons, and more. GroceryAI finds stores in all of these when you search by zip code.
